All Elite Wrestling (AEW) star PAC, whose real name was Benjamin Satterley, died from bronchial asthma, according to a report published by TMZ on October 16, 2026. The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of death following an investigation and classified it as natural.

The news comes weeks after PAC’s unexpected death on September 27, which shocked wrestling fans because he had competed at AEW’s All Out pay-per-view event in Chicago the previous night. During the show, he challenged Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship.

PAC was known for his high-flying wrestling style and intense performances. During his final appearance, he also became involved in the AEW World Championship match featuring Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay. The California Post first reported the cause of death, according to TMZ.
