Sean “Diddy” Combs has lost ownership of several personal items seized during the federal investigation into his criminal case after a court approved a forfeiture order. The decision allows authorities to take possession of various electronics and approximately $9,000 in cash collected during searches connected to the case.

According to TMZ, Judge Arun Subramanian signed the order authorizing the government to keep and dispose of the confiscated property according to federal procedures. The seized items reportedly include multiple iPhones, iPads, hard drives, and other electronic devices.

The order followed a 30-day period after the forfeiture notice was published, during which no claims were filed to challenge the government’s request. As a result, the court approved the transfer of the property.

The items were originally taken during searches of Combs’ properties and his arrest in September 2024. The music mogul was later convicted on two counts related to prostitution charges and is currently serving a federal prison sentence.

Combs’ release date has reportedly been moved to February 20, 2028 following a disciplinary incident while incarcerated. His legal team has not publicly commented on the latest forfeiture decision.
