Donald Trump Jr. has reportedly paid $7.6 million to former fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle to acquire her share of their luxury waterfront home in Jupiter, Florida, officially ending one of the last major financial connections between the two.
According to The Palm Beach Post and property records cited by TMZ, the transaction closed on July 25, with a deed filed earlier this week confirming the transfer of ownership.
The former couple purchased the Admirals Cove property in 2021 for $9.7 million while they were engaged. The waterfront estate spans more than 11,000 square feet and features six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a private dock, swimming pool, elevator, and water views.
Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle ended their engagement in 2024 after several years together. Since then, Trump Jr. married Bettina Anderson in May 2026, while Guilfoyle has taken on a diplomatic role as the U.S. ambassador to Greece.
The reported buyout gives Trump Jr. sole ownership of the Florida residence, marking the conclusion of another financial matter following the couple’s separation.
