Netflix’s The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On Season 4 has sparked fresh discussion after reports resurfaced about contestant Blake Robertson’s 2025 arrest involving his girlfriend and fellow cast member Hayley Hendrich.

According to TMZ, Robertson was arrested in October 2025 in Nacogdoches, Texas, after filming for the Netflix dating series had concluded. The arrest stemmed from allegations that he assaulted Hendrich during an incident.

Robertson’s attorney, Sean Hightower, told TMZ,

“Blake’s case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged.”

Hendrich also confirmed to the outlet that she declined to pursue charges. However, she said that while the matter was discussed privately between them,

“accountability needs to be taken publicly as well.”

The alleged incident occurred months after filming wrapped. During the season, Blake and Hayley entered the relationship experiment after Blake issued an ultimatum about marriage. They later participated in trial marriages with other contestants before ultimately leaving the show together.

Their relationship faced additional challenges during filming, including a confrontation involving fellow participants after Hayley learned of inappropriate comments made about her.

The couple’s current relationship status is expected to be addressed during The Ultimatum Season 4 reunion, which premieres next week on Netflix.
