Security around Madison Square Garden has intensified dramatically ahead of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s highly anticipated wedding events, with reports confirming that U.S. Army personnel have been deployed outside the venue.
According to TMZ, the iconic New York arena is now operating under extreme protective measures as preparations continue for the couple’s multi-day celebration.
The wedding, expected to host around 1,000 guests, is already drawing heavy public attention, with nearby streets partially locked down. Locals have reportedly expressed frustration over disruptions as the area becomes increasingly restricted ahead of rehearsals and the main ceremony events scheduled this week.
Inside Madison Square Garden, preparations have transformed the venue into a heavily secured private space. Reports indicate that a large custom-built white staircase and castle-themed set pieces have been installed to create a fairytale-style atmosphere for the ceremony.
Strict confidentiality rules are also in place. Guests have reportedly received individually watermarked invitations and signed non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), while staff are operating under a strict no-phone policy to prevent leaks.
Despite the heightened security, sources say Swift and Kelce remain focused on preparations, unaffected by the increased military presence surrounding the venue.
